Very helpful and pretty friendly staff, had fairly nice stay!!!

The room was air conditioned, moreover top-notch with free wifi. The breakfast had a great selection of options: butter and jam.

I had a good stay on vacation, and I'm glad I chose it. The location was excellent and amazing. The hotel is so close to Firenze SMN train station, Duomo, and the Santa Maria Novella main station. The Medici Chapel was approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The rooms were big, and the staff was helpful.

The building is nicely decorated. the rooms are air-conditioned and a decent size with soap. the hotel provides a big, comfortable bed and shampoo. the staff are extremely friendly and deserving of a 3-star rating.

Butter and jam in the terrace. Great and lovely location really close to Close to the train station, attraction, and the famous `` Duomo '', and excellent service. Besides, excellent for visiting a medieval cathedral.

This place is quite clean, the staff is very nice and polite, and there's a lovely terrace where you can enjoy breakfast with butter and jam.

Good-sized rooms with tea, a big comfortable bed plus so super spacious. A wide range of meals for breakfast, including butter and jam. The really helpful and fairly friendly stuff all round. Marvellous location within walking distance to all the major attractions.

I had a great stay at the Tourist House! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the continental breakfast who gave me recommendations for pizza restaurants. The location was perfect for me as it was right at Santa Maria Novella Square where I wanted to be. Being close to the train station was a bonus, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage in a secure room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is excellent, very near to the station and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and provided great service, showing me where breakfast would be and ensuring that everything, including free wifi, a good bathroom, and breakfast included.

No major issues, everything was fine.

The lady at reception was lovely and explained very well in English the fact it wasn't staffed all the time. Extremely helpful and lovely! The room was huge and had an extra single bed in even though we had only booked a double. Bathrom was good and clean. The Tourist house is in a perfect location, 5 mins away from the station and the town centre and has plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. They also offer a secure room to leave your bags after you check out if you want to have look round before you heave your luggage away, was extremly impressed and this was the best of the five different hotels we stayed in whilst in Italy.
